Membership Application Requirements

1. Application Petition
(The petition must specify the type of membership being applied for and whether the profession will be practiced.)

2. Copy of Diploma
(The reverse side of the diploma copy must be certified by the Ministry of National Education.)

3. Transcript
(Must be an official copy; student copies are not accepted. It must be submitted in a sealed and stamped envelope.)

4. Copy of TRNC Identity Card

5. Four (4) Original Passport-Sized Photographs

6. If there has been a horizontal or vertical transfer, a transcript from the previous department attended and a transcript/document indicating the equivalency of courses transferred must be provided.

7. Certificate of Residence and a document issued by the Immigration Department.
