As part of the Fire Safety Regulation Training Curriculum jointly developed by the KTMMOB Chamber of Mechanical Engineers and the KTMMOB Chamber of Architects, a training session on the “Regulation on the Procedures and Principles for the Protection of Buildings Against Fire” was held on 24 October 2026 at the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training facility located in the Chamber of Architects' Headquarters.
The training session, conducted with the participation of authorized technical personnel from the Fire Department, provided an opportunity to jointly review the proposed training program, evaluate its content, and finalize the remaining components of the curriculum.
Following the completion of these preparations, the Fire Safety Regulation training program will be made available to KTMMOB members and professionals working in the construction industry in its next phase.
The initiative aims to enhance professional knowledge and technical competence in fire safety, while promoting the accurate and effective implementation of the regulation in professional practice. Through these training sessions, the participating professional chambers seek to contribute to improved fire safety standards and the development of safer buildings and built environments.
